This refund policy explains the conditions under which Red Oomph Technology Sdn. Bhd. may offer refunds for both our custom software development projects and our subscription-based services.

Custom Software Development Refund Eligibility

Initial Deposit: Non-refundable once resources are allocated and project planning has commenced.

Milestone Payments:Eligible for partial refunds under certain conditions, such as failure to meet agreed specifications.

Quality Issues: Eligible for partial refunds if the software does not meet agreed quality standards and cannot be rectified.

Cancellation: Partial refunds for cancellations by either party, calculated based on project progress and incurred expenses.

Subscription Services Refund Eligibility Trial Period: If offered, customers dissatisfied with the subscription service during the trial period can cancel their subscription and request a full refund of any charges made during this period.

Monthly Subscriptions: For monthly subscription plans, customers can cancel at any time. Refunds for the current billing cycle are not provided, but the subscription will not renew in the subsequent cycle.

Annual Subscriptions: Customers with annual subscriptions may request a refund within 30 days of the subscription start date if not satisfied. Refunds will be prorated based on the remaining months of the subscription.

Refund Process Request Submission:Written refund requests must be submitted to customer service within 7 days of the issue.

Evaluation: Red Oomph Technology Sdn. Bhd. will evaluate requests based on project documentation or the nature of the subscription complaint.

Resolution: Decisions on refunds will be communicated and processed within 14 business days. Modifications to the Refund Policy Red Oomph Technology Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time, with changes effective immediately upon website posting.
